As it's name suggests Golf Las Americas is situated in the Playa de las Americas area of Tenerife, one of the most famous holiday resorts in the south of the island. The course was designed by John Jacobs and opened in 1998.
Golf Las Am้ricas stands out for its fantastic location in a natural amphitheatre facing the sea with superb ocean views of the island of La Gomera. John Jacobs gave priority to the obstacles on this 18 hole, par 72 course, which covers a total of 6,039 metres. The fairways are generally wide and undulating, but there are several water hazards to avoid! However, it is a very enjoyable round for golfers of all abilities.
The club house is an architectural gem with comfortable balconies offering excellent views of the golf course, with an excellent restuarant.
