Alhaurin Golf Course

The course is situated in Alhaurín El Grande, half-way between Mijas and Coín. While it has a magnificent setting with spectacular views, the course demands accuracy - or a bag of balls!

Alhaurin is not just one golf course it is in effect three. The 18 hole course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is very hilly, following the natural lie of the land and is an extremely challenging course, compelling the golfer to concentrate on their accuracy. There is also a 9 hole golf course available and an 18 hole junior golf course (can only be played accompanied by a junior). Alhaurin is away from the bustle of the coast and if you want a challenge try it. The management have made significant investments in recent years to make the original 1993 Seve Ballesteros-design friendlier to all standards of golfer. The resort also has a terrific children's par 3 course adjacent to the new clubhouse.
